By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Proprietary Rights & Software License
Unless otherwise stated, digixpot Agency owns the intellectual property rights for the dashboard interface, roofing-specific automation logic, and all service deliverables.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the digixpot dashboard for your internal business use only.
You must not: Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license any part of the digixpot platform or its internal automation workflows to third parties.
2. Service Provision & Technical Management
Our service is a “Managed SaaS” solution. This means we provide the infrastructure and the technical management of your communication lines.
Infrastructure: Our platform is built on enterprise-grade architecture. We manage all technical updates and hosting.
Technical Management: We handle the complex carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) and regulatory vetting required for business messaging.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure the successful delivery of services, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information for carrier vetting.
Abide by all local and federal telecommunications laws regarding SMS marketing and “Opt-in” requirements.
Maintain the confidentiality of your dashboard login credentials.
4. Payments and No-Refund Policy
As detailed in our No Refund Policy, all initial setup and subscription payments are non-refundable.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that immediate costs are incurred for line provisioning and system deployment upon your payment.
Any attempt to dispute a valid charge through a financial institution without first contacting digixpot support is a breach of these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, digixpot Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Delays in third-party carrier vetting (A2P 10DLC).
Misuse of the automation tools by the client.
Service interruptions caused by external telecommunications providers.
