At digixpot Agency, we provide a high-performance communication and reputation management ecosystem. Because our onboarding process involves immediate technical configurations, licensing, and non-recoverable third-party costs, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

Initial Investment & Onboarding Costs

Upon your first payment (which includes the setup fee and the first period of service), digixpot Agency immediately allocates resources to your account. This includes:

  • Dedicated Line Provisioning: Securing your exclusive business communication line.

  • Carrier Compliance: Payment of mandatory carrier-level registration fees (A2P 10DLC).

  • System Deployment: Activation of your proprietary digixpot dashboard and automation logic.

Because these costs are paid out to external telecommunications vendors on your behalf at the moment of signup, the initial payment is strictly non-refundable.

Carrier Registration & Activation

While access to the digixpot platform is granted immediately, SMS and calling features are subject to manual vetting and approval by mobile carriers. This is a mandatory industry-wide compliance process.

  • Timeline: Carrier vetting typically takes several business days to complete.

  • Policy: A delay in carrier approval is an external regulatory requirement and does not constitute a “failure to deliver service.” Refunds will not be issued due to carrier registration timelines or pending approvals.

Subscription & Cancellations

Following the initial term, your service will renew automatically at your agreed-upon rate.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid the next billing charge, you must cancel at least seven days prior to your renewal date.

  • Usage: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused communication credits.

Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that any attempt to circumvent this policy via a bank dispute or credit card chargeback without first attempting a resolution with our support team is a breach of our Terms of Service. digixpot Agency will provide this policy and your platform usage logs as evidence to the financial institution to contest any such disputes.
