AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ENROLLMENT AND ELIGIBILITY By signing up for the Digixpot.agency Affiliate Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to review every application thoroughly and may approve or reject any signup at our sole discretion based on brand alignment and marketing quality.

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

• Standard Rate: You will earn a competitive commission of 10% on every successful, fully paid, and completed sale generated directly through your unique referral link.

• Calculation Basis: Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount. This means the final price after discounts, excluding any applicable taxes, shipping costs, or third-party processing fees.

• Tracking Requirements: Commissions are only credited for sales that are successfully captured and tracked by our automated system. Digixpot.agency is not responsible for commissions on sales where the referral link was not used correctly or cookies were blocked.

3. EARNING POTENTIAL There is absolutely no cap on your total earnings; your income is directly proportional to your promotional efforts. High-performing affiliates who consistently drive traffic can realistically earn up to 30,000+ per month based on sales volume. However, please note that Digixpot.agency does not guarantee any specific income level or success, as results vary by affiliate.

4. COOKIE DURATION Our tracking cookies remain active for a period of 30 days. If a potential customer clicks your unique link and completes a purchase within this 30-day window, the sale will be attributed to your account. Please be aware that if a user clears their browser cookies or uses another affiliate’s link after yours, the most recent interaction will typically take precedence in our tracking system.

5. PAYOUT POLICY

• Minimum Withdrawal: You must reach a minimum accrued balance of $60 (USD) in cleared commissions before you are eligible to request a payout.

• Holding & Verification Period: To ensure the stability of our services and account for potential refunds, all commissions will be available for withdrawal 7 weeks (49 days) after the date of sale. This period allows us to verify the legitimacy of the transaction and handle any customer disputes.

• Payment Method & Timing: Payouts are processed on a fixed monthly schedule via the following methods:

  It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their payment details are accurate and up to date in the system.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT Maintaining the reputation of Digixpot.agency is paramount. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in immediate account termination and the forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• No Spamming: You are strictly prohibited from using unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM), automated forum comments, or intrusive messaging tactics to promote your links.

• No Self-Referrals: The program is designed for referring new customers. You are not permitted to earn commissions on products purchased for your own use through your own affiliate link.

• No Deceptive Advertising: You must not misrepresent our services, make false claims about product results, or use “Get Rich Quick” messaging to attract buyers. All promotions must be honest and transparent.

• No Brand Bidding: You may not run paid search engine advertisements (such as Google Ads or Bing Ads) targeting our branded keywords, including “Digixpot” or any variations thereof.

7. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES Your participation in this program defines you as an independent contractor. This agreement does not, under any circumstances, create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between you and Digixpot.agency. You have no authority to bind the company to any contracts or legal obligations.

8. TERMINATION Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party. Furthermore, Digixpot.agency reserves the right to immediately cancel any account suspected of fraudulent activity, policy violations, or conduct that harms our brand image without prior notice.

9. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check our platform periodically for updates. Continued participation in the affiliate program following the posting of any changes signifies your full acceptance of the revised terms.
